Damage or dissatisfaction with any basket or product should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and all concerned
items (as received) returned to our Headquarters, failure to do so can result in credit/replacement refusal. At that time, we will issue credit for the returned basket or replace the damaged products.
No refunds for shipping or delivery fees.
